Unity Bridge policy
Complaints and corrections
Accountability requires an accessible route to question our content, conduct and decisions.
Last updated: 28 August 2026
What you can report
- A factual error or missing source
- A misleading description of a project, partner or result
- A privacy, safeguarding or security concern
- A conflict of interest or suspected misuse
- An accessibility barrier
- Conduct inconsistent with a published policy
How to report
Email unity.bridge.sp@gmail.com with “Complaint”, “Correction”, “Safeguarding” or “Privacy” in the subject. Describe the issue, affected page or activity, desired safe contact method and supporting evidence. Do not include sensitive evidence until a secure route is agreed.
Triage and conflicts
We assess urgency, safety, privacy, jurisdiction and conflicts of interest. A concern involving the person normally responsible should be reassigned to an appropriate independent decision-maker where possible.
Corrections
Material factual corrections should state what changed and when. Minor language or formatting edits may be made without a correction note. Removing unsafe personal data may take priority over preserving a public revision history.
Good-faith reporting
We do not accept retaliation against a person who raises a concern in good faith. Deliberately abusive, threatening or knowingly false submissions may be restricted.
Response expectations
A specific service-level deadline will be published only after an internal owner and escalation procedure are formally approved. Urgent safety concerns are prioritized.
